Move traffic to Relixr community and frontier models without OpenRouter branding.

  1. Replace OpenRouter base URL with https://api.relixr.com/v1.
  2. Use Relixr rlx_ keys (not OpenRouter keys).
  3. Map free-tier models to Relixr community/* ids (legacy openrouter/*:free aliases remain briefly).
  4. For paid frontier models, use Relixr catalog ids and prepaid credits.

Public Relixr docs never require mentioning OpenRouter — customers see Community capacity.
